For 10 years now The Hands Down (ACA) program (Cognitive Behavioral based) is a voluntary program aimed at providing participants the opportunity to examine irrational thinking patterns which leads to harmful and destructive behaviors. The goal is to incorporate new rational thinking which leads to more positive outcomes. The class can include both men and women. If it's a first offense and you are eligible the class can be recognized by Knox County Court as Diversion in Lieu of Conviction. The class requires a referral and scheduled time to begin . Classes will typically begin at the beginning of the month. Referrals can include: self, probation, employers, or legal professionals. Class days and times are mostly 4-3 hour blocks.
Classes are close ended
Classes are scheduled for either Saturday morning, Tuesday, or Thursday evening 1x per week.
You are able to register online by filling in bottom section with your contact information, your P.O. will provide me your contact information and I will call you or you can call me to get set up. You are able to pay for your class online through a secured payment source via SQUARE. Look at the top of this site for the extra tab lines-click and follow instructions.
